Beginner's Yoga
Have you ever wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start? This is the class for you. You will have the chance to learn "How To" perform the postures while being able to have your questions answered during class. Finally an opportunity to take your 1st step into yoga or come back and understand the details a little more.

All Levels Yoga
This class will be accessible to those who are just starting or have been practicing for some time. Throughout class you will have the option of making each posture more intense or less intense based on your needs and energy level.

Power Yoga
Got Power? Want power? We've got the answer. This class is designed for those who like a challenge. With a heavy emphasis on vinyasa (the flowing sequencing of postures with breath) and longer holdings, this class will make you sweat, clear your mind, and strengthen your body. This class is still accessible to the ambitious beginner!

Group Personal Training for Women
Have you ever wanted to work with a personal trainer but couldn’t afford it or didn’t know where to start? Carissa is a certified personal trainer who helps people one-on-one to achieve and maintain their fitness goals. In this small group setting, each class is tailored to the needs and goals of the participants. We will use our own bodies as resistance while using up beat music to motivate and work within your limits. This is a great chance to work with a personal trainer, get more fit and learn how to work out the best way for your body.

Chair Yoga
If you've suffered from a stroke, experienced knee or hip replacement, have severe arthritis, difficulty changing position ... or any other physical limitations that make a traditional yoga class uncomfortable or inaccessible, come and try CHAIR YOGA: a 45-minute class that will lubricate your joints and enhance range of motion. Focus is on on deep breathing, stress-reduction and immunity boosting. Class will be adapted to meet your specific needs.

Zumba
is the newest fitness craze sweeping the globe and it lives up to its hype!  Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and movements to create a dynamic workout which is designed to be fun, effective, and easy to do!  Have a blast for an exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, and energizing movements!  The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.  It's the best party around!

Core Fusion:
Awaken your CORE. Gain deep core strength and connect to your center. Core Fusion classes will focus on building core strength through abdominal exercises— both on the mat and with exercise balls. Core strength helps to establish and maintain proper alignment in your yoga practice while making standing balance and arm balancing poses more accessible. Strengthening your abs will bring new life into your body (and into your yoga practice!)

BootCamp Yoga
A fun, sweaty 90 min. power class combining yoga and strength training. If you think yoga is not tough enough...come and take the challenge. Power Yoga + Strength Training = Feeling Great!

$12 per class drop-in • $55 for 5 class card • $100 for 10 class card
$180 for 20 class card • $70 for private session at studio

For first time students ONLY! - $10 for 3 classes (to be used within two weeks of purchase)
